Amy has directed numerous Assisted Living Communities and Senior Centers , including flagship and Signature Properties in southern CA. She recently worked to complete a health center in Orange County. She has a rare eye for resident relations and staff operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service and care.
Larry Mangel - Visionary Founder - President - Larry has been involved in integrative health for over 20 years. Originally, he owned Yoga studios in the Philadelphia area, as well as head instructor. He expanded his interest with the study of Ayurvedic medicine which he has been practicing for over 12 years and received his board certification from NAMA, The National Ayurvedic Medical Assoc. as a professional member in 2014. He has extensively studied and taught yoga, pranayama. meditation and Ayurveda which is a path of integrated health.

Frank Mandy has had a 40-year career in the senior living field, having worked in a variety of leadership positions that have supported the creation of new retirement communities. He has also worked in public policy and advocacy on issues impacting senior citizens and the organizations that provide residential services. For the last 25 years, he has worked on a range of development and redevelopment projects.

Benjamin Butler - With over 16 years of experience in the senior living industry, is a hospitality leader who is passionate about creating exceptional experiences for residents, guests, and staff. He currently serves as the Vice President of Development & Special Projects at The Kendal Corporation, a leading non-profit organization that operates retirement communities across the United States.
In this role, Benjamin oversaw the planning, design, and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance the quality of life and services for our residents and stakeholders. He also leveraged his culinary background and expertise to support the operations and procurement of our dining and catering programs, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Richard Jaffe practices in the area of corporate finance with an emphasis on private equity law. Richard focuses on advising Funds on control and non-control investments, fund formation and operation, divestitures, corporate finance and venture capital financing, particularly in the alternative energy, technology and manufacturing industries. Richard regularly represents private equity funds and other investors and strategics in corporate transactions and advises business owners and PE portfolio companies on raising capital to grow and exit their companies.

Dov Sugarman is a recognized thought leader in Aging. He is currently a co-founder at Avia Empowered Living, whose solutions enable older adults to age in place by converting neighborhoods into connected communities, through optimized technology powered by personalized services and opportunities for meaningful social engagement. His 20-plus-year career includes launching Secure Senior Connections with Richard Burke (United Healthcare), founding Mediterranean Towers Ventures, the only fund in Israel that invests exclusively in AgeTech-focused companies. Dov is the Aging 2.0 Ambassador for Israel and a mentor at Techstars Future of Longevity Accelerator. He has presented at many international conferences, contributed to a textbook on aging in place and frequently consults with entrepreneurs in the AgeTech space in Israel and abroad. Dov was a licensed nursing home administrator in Oregon and Washington. He has an MPH from Oregon State University in Health Policy and Management with a focus on Long Term Care, and a BS and MS in Nutrition from Bastyr University.
